Job Description:

Human Resources Generalist

As an Human Resources Generalist, you will support the Human Resources Department with the responsibility of a variety of tasks related to employee benefits, training, recruiting and staffing; as well as employee relations efforts. One will support the Benefits Manager during Open Enrollment, and assist with Safety Committee and Wellness initiatives. This position will also represent the Agency at job fairs, assist with finalizing job offers for internal movement, process voluntary resignations, and monitor various tracking systems.

Experience and Skills:


  • Associate’s Degreeor 60 credits from an accredited educational institution; and 6 months experiencein Human Resources department or in a position with related Human Resourcestasks.
  • Basic knowledge of Human Resources functions.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Positive work ethic
