Residential Program Coordinator

As a Residential Program Coordinator, you will be responsible for overseeing OPWDD residential settings. One must have a strong understanding and belief in Person Centered Planning. This position will ensure all policies, procedures and regulations are followed and met, monitoring of Plans of Corrective Actions, displays leadership and acts as a mentor within the department. As a Residential Program Coordinator one will serve as a role model in adhering to Management Standards and Expectations and displaying ethical decision making.

Experience and Skills:

What you need to bring to us:

  • A Bachelors Degree and two (2) years of experience working with individuals with developmental disabilities (Must meet QIDP criteria).
  • One (1) year of supervisory experience required in an OPWDD residential program required.
  • Knowledge of developmental disabilities.
  • Good written and oral communication skills and basic computer skills.
  • The ability to read and write case notes as well as understand written directions.
  • The ability to self-initiate, organize, schedule, and analyze tasks.
